THE BROKER DIRECTION
Why use
a Broker
PRICING
Value lives in engine status, avionics currency, damage history, and what comparable aircraft actually closed at. We work from real transaction data to set your listing price.
NETWORK
Beyond the major marketplaces, we work an active network of dealers, brokers, and known buyers already looking for what you have.
PRE-BUY'S
We know what's airworthiness and what's a negotiating tactic.
QUALIFIED BUYERS
You skip the unqualified prospects. We screen inquiries before they become your Saturday.
PAPERWORK
Title searches, lien releases, bills of sale, FAA registration, escrow instructions.
LIMITED EXPOSURE
Proper disclosure and documentation protect you long after the aircraft leaves your hangar.
WE HANDLE EVERY STEP
The Process
We evaluate total time, engine and prop status, avionics, damage history, and the completeness of your logbooks, then measure it all against current comparable sales. The result is a defensible number that attracts serious buyers.
We produce professional photography, a detailed specification sheet, and compelling copy, then place your listing across the industry's leading marketplaces and our own network of qualified buyers and brokers.
We field the calls, coordinate viewing and demonstration flights so your time is spent only on real prospects. Logbooks and records are presented in an organized, transparent way that builds buyer confidence.
Once an offer is accepted, we help coordinate scheduling, clarify which discrepancies are airworthiness items versus cosmetic squawks, and negotiate the resolution so a good deal doesn't fall apart.
Funds and documents move through a neutral, aviation-specific escrow agent. Title is searched, liens are identified and cleared, and registration paperwork is prepared so nothing surprises either party.
Signed bill of sale, released funds, and a clean transfer of title and registration. We handle the FAA filings, confirm insurance is in place, and coordinate delivery so the transaction ends quietly and on schedule.

EVERY DETAIL
Presentation matters
Professional photography, clean logbooks, and a well-presented aircraft are what separate a listing that sells from one that sits. We handle the details that buyers notice — and that protect your value.

Questions
Straightforward answers to what sellers ask most.
Our brokerage fee is structured in two parts. Aircraft valued at $200,000 or below are charged a flat fee. Aircraft valued at or above $200,000 are charged a commission rate applied to the full sale price.
Yes, and most owners do. We simply coordinate showings around your schedule and keep the times and logbooks current in the listing.
The buyer typically pays for the inspection itself. Responsibility for correcting discrepancies is negotiated. Airworthiness items fall to the seller and cosmetic items to the buyer, but this is deal-specific.
Very common, and not a problem. The title search identifies it, and the lien is paid and released through escrow at closing from the sale proceeds.
Airframe, engine, and propeller logbooks, current weight and balance, equipment list, AD compliance, and any 337s. Gaps don't necessarily kill a sale, but they affect value.
Yes. Escrow, title transfer, ferry arrangements, and export requirements are all part of the process.
